Shipping Policy
At Sharedose, we are committed to delivering products purchased from Sharedose in excellent condition and as swiftly as possible.
Shipping Address:
Products will be dispatched to an address designated by you, provided it is complete. All transactions are conducted under a shipping contract, thus the risk of loss and title for Products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Responsibility for Goods:
We do not take responsibility for goods signed for by anyone other than the person who placed the order at the specified address. Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we are not liable for incorrect addresses provided during ordering. Deliveries will not be redirected or redelivered under any circumstances.
City-Specific Delivery:
Selected products will only be delivered in cities where they are specified as “available” on our website.
Post-Delivery Damage:
Sharedose is not liable for product damage post-delivery.
Cancellation, Lost, or Undelivered Orders:
If an order is canceled before shipment, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, including any paid shipping charges for online payments.
Returns Policy:
Order shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items, unless otherwise stated. For accounts that violate our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 149 will be applied to all orders, regardless of order value. (*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.)
Fair Usage Policy:
To ensure a fair shopping environment, we reserve the right to collect a shipping charge of Rs. 149 for all orders and disable the cash on delivery option for accounts with a high percentage of returns or rejected shipments.
Delivery to Pin Code:
You can check if Sharedose delivers to your Pin Code using the courier serviceability tool on the cart page. Simply tap on “Calculate Shipping” and enter your area PIN code to verify standard shipping availability.
Delivery Process:
Orders are dispatched through courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DHL, Xpressbees, VRL, etc. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch to track parcel location and estimated delivery date and time.
Change of Address:
You can modify your order’s shipping address before shipment by contacting our customer care representatives. Additional charges may apply.
Parcel Damage:
Report pilferage, leakage, or tampering within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Refunds for prepaid/COD orders will be processed after investigation. Retain packaging for 3-4 days post-delivery for investigation purposes.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping via DHL/FEDEX/ARAMEX. Customers may be subject to additional import duties and taxes. We have partnered with DHL/FEDEX for customs clearance and doorstep delivery.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the option to return or exchange your order within a specified period, accompanied by the original packaging.
