RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
ELIGIBILITY
- We don’t accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Items are ineligible for refunds after 7 days from the purchase date.
- To qualify for a refund, return the purchased item within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Contact our customer services for a free shipping label.
- For damaged or defective products, return within seven (7) days of purchase for non-perishables and within two (2) days for perishables.

- Contact us immediately for damaged, rotten, or contaminated products. We’ll send a free replacement.
- Refunds are subject to inspection; if not approved, no refund is issued.

* Online Refund: 7 to 10 business days.
* Wallets: Instant. - Refunds are initiated after receipt and quality check. Timeline may vary based on courier delivery.
SELF-SHIPPING OF PRODUCT
- Use any reliable courier partner for self-ship returns. Shipping costs will be reimbursed.
- Share scan copy of courier bill/receipt via website’s Contact Us section.
Conditions for successful processing:
– Capture package weight on receipt.
– Ensure correct addresses and details.
– Courier charge should not exceed Sender-Destination-Service combination.
